[SOLVED] Need help with Gendoc - Assigned_user_id

I need to use assigned user name in my document.
I tried the variable "{HelpDesk.assigned_user_id}" but only gives me a number
How to have username ?

documentation says you can use `{Users.first_name} {Users.last_name}` try those
