"date and time" field format

Hi,

Is it possible to change the format of "date and time" field to be 24 hours and not AM/PM?
I mean when editing the field and when viewing it.

Yes, this is possible per user. Go to the preferences of your user, you will see a field called "Calendar Hour Format" that will permit you to make this change.
