Hi,
Try to login to the coreBOS application directly with the REST user you have configured in the customer portal.
Make sure that this user has access to records on the modules. In other words, the customer portal can only access information that is available to the coreBOS user you configure to access.
Also some fields are mandatory, so you can't hide these from the customer portal REST user.
In short, make sure the user you are using to connect to coreBOS has access to the information you want to make visible on the customer portal application.
PD: Yes, I guess you can write in Spanish, I will translate the important parts <!-- s:-) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_e_smile.gif" alt=":-)" title="Smile" /><!-- s:-) -->
