This is due to your mysql version and possibly also to your PHP version.
First you have to fix the mysql by updating to the latest code and applying all the cbudater change sets. Ideally this should be done on the old server before moving, if you can't do that then you have to two options:
- execute the cbupdates from the command line because you can't login: I think it is "php modules/cbupdater/getupdatescli.php" and then "php modules/cbupdater/doworkcli.php"
- temporarily deactvate mysql strict mode, then you will be able to login and apply the changes, then you can set the strict mode on again
once you have that done, modify your config.inc.php and set the dbdriver to mysqli which will work a little faster and better
If you are on PHP7 you will have to change that we aren't ready yet, we are close, but not quite there yet
