I did not understand what do you mean by "Accounts"?
The Ticket created through "Mail Converter" and this is the very first communication we received from a stranger (neither our client nor user).
After reviewing his mail I would like to add him as "Opportunity" through Add Opportunity option from mail manager.
'Add Opportunity' pop up windows have a field called RELATED TO which required either 'Contact' or 'Organisations'
As I told you earlier we did not have any records except said ticket. Therefore I would like to add a contact from mail manager or Organisation.
At this moment all our business promotions held through Direct mailing only. So we have to review all email reply responses and from their, we have to start our business process (here we can call marketing process) to sell our services. If the email response is quite direct I would like to convert into Opportunity otherwise convert as Ticket to follow closely. If we can be convinced through ticket we would like to convert as lead or opportunity.
1.Is this process correct or please advice me better work model.
