what does module cbPulse do?

That module is not finished yet so the labels may still change. It is for scheduled Questions. The idea is that you can define questions now in the application, these questions can be used in developer blocks and the Pulse module will permit us to schedule a question to be launched regularly and be sent. We are still a bit far away from that
