I suggest the possibility use a resource like 'Business Process' within Mail converter
I need, for example, test for only allow created a new ticket, if user is already a contact in CRM.
Because a email box normally receive a spam, system will create a new ticket for this kind of message, too.
I think is much more another possibility too.
Or is possible another way I do that? check a valid ( exist ) email for execute a Mail converter?
