How I can sharing access and maintain team concept

My situation is salesman only can see and editing contacts with assigned to is yours, I means assigned to yourself

Your supervisor, need access your team

But in some situation, supervisor, supervisor 1, supervisor 2 needs access all registrys ( include the others teams )

How I can configure that access?

Consultor comercial = salesman

Is there problem in created a many rules, circuled for example

Contacts of supervisor can be access thru supervisor 1
Contacts of supervisor can be access thru supervisor 2
Contacts of supervisor 1 can be access thru supervisor
Contacts of supervisor 2 can be access thru supervisor

etc ..


It´s only ideia I can imagine...

The solution is with exceptions as you indicate, the problem with that is that the system gets slower.

Another option is to put all the supervisors together in a superior role in the hierarchy so they all can see what is happening to everyone below.

Sorry not understood how I do that
Because all supervisors is in the same level and is necessary maintain your salesman in sepated time ...
