Doubt - Import special features

When I tried, for example, to import a spreadsheet with a special column like "Contacts :::: (full name)", it occurs as expect

If these specific contacts are already in the system (previously created, the system did not found, and create a new one )
But, after that, for this new record created automaticaly, any new import works as expect again

What can be?

But is not this resolved by the trim command?

I don't know if we apply a trim or not but if it does not find it it is because there is some difference. as I have said in other ocasions import really works well
