How to add trouble ticket inside Opportunities

Just like in Assets, there is Trouble Tickets Block that can be linked to Assets
but not in Opportunities
So, is there a way to add Trouble Tickets inside the Opportunities Module?

basically create a vtlib script to add the list. You may also look in HelperScripts directory there may be some script that helps there....
