When gendos is installed it also must be activated per module. In other words, you must enter settings and activate it on those modules that you want it to be available. I updated the demo you reference above and activated gedoc on some modules.

Yes, it works with all modules in the system. Even custom modules.

Yes, it does. although you can setup your own open office headless server, which isn't really difficult, the email task changes to convert templates into PDFs is only available in coreboscrm which you can get through a corebos subscription plan. The plan includes the coreboscrm distribution, access to the PDF converter and hundreds of modules and extensions which we maintain for less than what you are paying for your netflix subscription.

There is no template! Please add a new document template.

In which module in the demo there is any document template?

Upload any of the templates in the template store:

http://corebos.org/documentation/doku.php?id=en:gendoc:templatestore

and read the documentation to create your own:

http://corebos.org/documentation/doku.php?id=en:extensions:extensions:gendoc
http://corebos.org/documentation/lib/exe/fetch.php?media=gendoc:gendocdocumentation.odt

I'm using user "demo" which don't have access to upload template.
Could you give me the admin user name and password, or upload and activate any of the templates.

Thank you

GenDoc templates are normal documents uploaded in the Documents module. They are marked as templates for a module.

Please read the "How to Use" section and the document template.

http://corebos.org/documentation/doku.php?id=en:gendoc:howto#upload_templates

keep asking...
