Sharing access with a Group

I have a situation, contacts was setting private

and for some users I need access assigned to others

I created a Group and putting all this users in same group

but system not allows the acess

What I do wrong?

ok, but not works as I need

Because another question, I can changed user assigned to ( because has many other task, associated a each user .. )

I think, in first time, system sharing acces with user in the same group, without I need set all registry to a Group Name ....

That is the way groups work. You can use the exceptions in the sharing privileges to fine tune the sharing rules.
