Mail scanner issue after received one mail

I have a strange issue.
I set mail scanner with one Subject condition
I have received one email and after no more
I tried to launch "php vtigercron.php Mailscanner" : no error

Do you have any workflow on Support Tickets?

It yes try to deactivate and check if it cause the issue.
