Thanks a lot for all the help; I checked them as detailed as possible and came up with setting up everything from scratch.
I set up the crm first; then I created a contact with a e-mail and received the login information for the contact.
Changed the PortalConfig in the portal folder outside of my root but on the same server.
domain,com/crm
domain,com/portal
And now I receive :
Internal Server Error
date() [<a href='function.date'>function.date</a>]: It is not safe to rely on the system's timezone settings. You are *required* to use the date.timezone setting or the date_default_timezone_set() function. In case you used any of those methods and you are still getting this warning, you most likely misspelled the timezone identifier. We selected 'America/Denver' for 'MST/-7.0/no DST' instead
An internal error occurred while the Web server was processing your request. Please contact the webmaster to report this problem.
