erase email after reading for mailscanner process
Today, after mailscanner prepares the email, you have two options:
Marked as read,
Do nothing

I have a situation, we are using mailscanner to open a ticket with the message received in a specific mailbox.

But after mailscanner uses that email, it’s no longer needed in the mailbox (and the user needs to manually clean each email periodically)

We would then need a way to delete these emails after they are done and create the ticket

How would it be possible to "delete email" in this process?

any suggestions?
