Good Morning
i've used modtracker for Potential and contacts,
but if i also disable modtracker module, SQL Tables reamins full.
Do i have to manual empty this tables? :
vtiger_modtracker_detail
vtiger_modtracker_basic
vtiger_modtracker_basic_seq
vtiger_modtracker_tabs

or i'm doing a big mistake?

That is the implemented behavior. coreBOS rarely ever deletes information.
If you want to empty these tables you will have to do it manually
