How I can add relation with services contracts and payments ?

A relation already exists (I think) but you can do various things:

- add a relation field on one of the two modules in the layout editor. that would be a 1:m relation
- add a related list on each module in layout editor, that would be a m:m relation
- edit the existing relation field directly in the database to adapt to your needs
