If ticket title has a special character, in dashboard, special characters was displayed wrong.

Can you reproduce that in the demo? I cannot reproduce it and even in your screenshot, there are special characters in other tickets.

You think is problem with a codification?

Variable in config.inc.php still in use?

I removed older ticket with a special character and create a new one.

Now works.
