doubt - create a new contact ( quickly )

I tried create a contact inside a ticket

I select a ticket already in system, and select related to a contact
my contact is newer ( not already created in system )
I click in button to create a contact ( quickly ), and in my configuration, contact need a account ( mandatory )

But when I try select a account in pop up, system abort a contact pop up for creation and return to support tickets ..

Is possible reproduced in demo too

Is possible clicked twice in salve button ( system created a various registries )

I think that some change may have damaged that process

it's really strange ...

the record created by, it is not found in this window, but it is located by the filter ...
