I wish, when my opportunity, sales stage is "Closed won" mark a account related this opportunity as

Type = Client

But workflow only shows me the possibility update a contacts, activities, payments, but not account

How I can include "account" in this list?

Potentials - Accounts have a direct relation so you should use the normal "Update Fields" workflow task, not the "Update Related Record"
