Filters - set a default order
#11
I agree with you

But is a simple alternative until the development of this resource, which will require more time and changes ...

my users question that all the time,

When user working with a contacts for example, each changes sent the contact to last registry in the list ..

Suppose you change a fone to make a call, after change fone number, your contact appears in the last at the custom view, with many pages ...

Strange for me too.

Perhaps, order by default should be "Desc" for default, not?

i tried that in online demo.
by default the ticket no is ASC.
i created glb-0000015 sort order to DESC, and applied to active glb-0000016
the result is the title arranged by Z to A, not the ticket no.

hi rslemer,
thank you fro the reply.
but its not the one im after.
its the DESC Order not the ASC (default). so when you created new ticket or potentials, the newly created is always on top
e.g
TT617
TT616
TT615
TT614

i'm hoping there is a global variables for this.
i tried Application_ListView_Default_Sorting to active and the Application_ListView_Default_Sort_Order to DESC but its not working.
see our online demo
