I wish deactivated all emails sent when create/edite/remove any ticket in help desk module.
I need access each workflow and each tasks, to set to inactive
besides this, I set global variable HelpDesk_Notify_Owner_EMail to '0'
There any easy way to do that?
This is a sufficient to block all messages to client?
