  Bug in filtering records and mass edit

Hi all, yesterday was Holiday so i did a lot of trial


i did this passages in opportunity

1) i filtered the records using the forms (Application_ListView_SearchColumns set to 1) picture 1

2) then i selected all the 327 record

3) i did a mass edit for the 327 records changing one field

4) The system update ALL the opportunities records 14832

Lets say I want to alter the columns for the Assets related list under products. I want to show not only the customer, but also the customer city and postal code. Could I use an expression in the field directive of the listcolumns business map?

Hi

Explain better, are very common, salesman, sales manager, or support user, need setting same dashboard.
Today, each new user, are necessary logging into user, for choose dashboard widget ( only default widgets can be setting for admin ) 

Or add possibility admin user, copy dashboard setting to another user, in session Home Page Components in User setting ( it would be of great value too )

Hi,
we have found, that when performing Advanced search filtering for example on a text field where value contains / symbol, then filtering does not works.
For example, I have text field on Invoices called "purchase order" with the value "2021-10-15 no. 123456/561" and would like to filter my invoices searching "purchase order" contains 123456/561 there result will be empty. But if I would search for 123456, then the record will be listed.

Same happens with search condition in reports.

But in standard (not advanced) search this works correctly.

Is there a way to remove(disable) the QuickCreate from the main menu bar? Some users never use it and it may free up some space on the bar when needed.

  Mail Manager Related Records. Add to Existing

In the Action Picklist in the mail manager (where it says Related Records), it only has options to add records.
Is there a way to connect a received email to an existing record? or in other terms, add options like "connect to existing organization".

  SMTP Configuration Error

Hi I am trying to setup zoho mail in the smtp settings.

but I keep getting this error everytime:
"Test Mail Status : : Mail could not be sent to the admin user. Please check the admin emailid/Server settings"

Server Name: ssl://smtppro.zoho.com:465
Username: Emailaddress
Password: Email Password
From Email: Empty/Have also tried the same email as username
Requires Authentication? yes

I have also tried setting up Gmail but it also doesn't work.
I have done it based on the inistructions here: http://corebos.com/documentation/doku.php?id=en:adminmanual:outgoingserver&s[]=smtp

Is there a known issue and solution for this?

  Members of Entity Not Showing - for Groups

Hi,
as I try to add members to a group that I created, The "members of Entity" list is empty.
It is not empty when I try to add users to a role. only empty when I try to add users to a group.

In case if the server info is needed,
I have upgraded the operating system, the php version is 7.4, all required and optional extensions are installed already.
Everything in the php.ini is already changed based on the requirements.

I am not sure what is going on, but certain bugs exist in my corebos and I cannot figure out why. If you look at the other issues I have created in Github (will do here as well), you will see what I mean.
My first installation of PHP was 7.0 thanks to Ondrej for removing all the updates for ubuntu 16.04 but now I upgraded to 18.04 and installed php 7.4. The issues still exist.
Everything else other than the issues I created are working fine, so I'm not sure if the issue is coming from a missing extension or something.
I would really appreciate your support.

I would like to implement auto ticket update like explain in this video:

The problem it that my customer not receive the auto replay email that contain the Ticket ID.
The work-follow “Workflow for Ticket Change, not from the Portal” in active and there is no problem to send email from the CRM

What could be the problem?
