  My wishlist for the calendar
Posted by: Guido1982 - 02-02-2016, 06:56 PM - Forum: coreBOS Development - Replies (4)

I know Joe is working on the calendar. I've done some work (not very nice work) on it but I'll leave it alone for the time being since I'm busy with other coreBOS things. Anyway, I still use it daily so here is my wishlist (will expand) for now:

  • A marker in the left gutter that tells the current time.
  • The possibility to limit the time per day. I know we have the 'day starts at' and 'day ends at' options, but the field is still scrollable, so I unintentionally wind up at 2am while scrolling my mouse wheel a lot. So what I mean is really don't show the non-desired hours at all.

I'll expand this list as I go along. Of course any input is welcome.

  Error in report
Posted by: geraldbigot - 02-02-2016, 09:41 AM - Forum: User Support - Replies (13)

Hi,

I add some custom fields in Document module and create a report with these new fields.
When I launch report, I have error like this :

Unknown column 'vtiger_notescf.cf_731' in 'field list'

How could I resolve it ?

Thanks

Class names and id's for elements
Posted by: Guido1982 - 01-24-2016, 09:55 PM - Forum: coreBOS Development - Replies (14)

It would help a lot (and I'm willing to write some code for this) if we'd have some more classnames and id's on elements. I'm thinking it's just a few additions to some TPL files, no harm done to the core. But this would help theme-wise to target certain elements with CSS and use icon fonts (which would reduce the number of files to be downloaded and make for better images). If you're willing to put this in the core repo, I'd be willing to propose some changes.

Calculation of the 'All Menu' top
Posted by: Guido1982 - 01-24-2016, 02:24 PM - Forum: coreBOS Development - Replies (9)

I'm working on my theme, and noticed the top value of the fold-out menu for all modules is hardcoded to 70px. This causes unwanted results even in the standard softed theme. I've been looking a bit, but can't find the JS that does this (or is it even coded into the TPL file?) Anyway, I can override this with an !important rule, but I think there should be a better fix for this. Besides this, I think it's better to handle the hover through CSS then via javascript, but this will break compatibility with existing themes I think.
