Hello I have made an installation in a cloud vps of clouding.io
Excellent option since it came from webhosting with many limitations.
At the moment I have been able to get almost everything working, I just have some problems.
1-mail manager, it's weird, the SMTP test mail works, I can read the inbox, but when I want to send an email I get an error "Failed to send the mail: please verify outgoing server"
2- When I enter corebos on the main screen, the widgets do not load, they keep the wheel thinking.
3- In the merge labels screen, the following error appears at the bottom of the page
"Sorry! Attempt to access restricted file.
We are looking for this file path: modules / Calendar / Calendar.php

Root dir path: /home/admin/web/32606982-d3c9-4638-a421-e35f65a6fc6e.clouding.host/public_html/cbinst/"

4- Cron task, I'm not sure it's working correctly, the command is the following sh /home/admin/web/32606982-d3c9-4638-a421-e35f65a6fc6e.clouding.host/public_html/cbinst/cron/vtigercron.sh

PD : now I was able to get GENDOC to work with the conversion to PDF (the options that most needed to solve that could not be done via webhosting )

Hello, I would like with the mail scanner to be able to generate tickets on specific emails, according to the subject content and the sender. This I could already achieve, I generated as many tickets as I have emails with these conditions. The problem is that now I would like to generate that each ticket is associated with an account. To be able to match there is a custom field that is both in table account and in the body of the email. It is a numeric ID. So far I can generate as many rules in mail scanner as accounts I have. or as many workflows as accounts you have. Is there a way to generate only one and that the workflow for example goes through all the accounts and when it finds a match in the custom field, associate that ticket to that account?

But that only for those who have a purchased PDFMAKER license. I have a purchased PDFMAKER license for Vtiger 7. Can I send you my invoice or proof of purchase or whatever works for you, so you can share a version of PDFMAKER professional for Corebos? Thanks

Today is possible, but need specify a period, like as last moth, or last quarter, etc

I think is good, created possible, in filter specify, "in past" or "not today"

like as "follow up"  not today


with condition "prior to today"

Hi,
Would like to ask for a support, how to check the workflow is working or not? And where to search for error?
It looks like at our system invoice workflow UpdateInventoryProducts on first save does not work, because number of products on stock does not changes.

We would like to send an e-mail about a software update to customers that have a particular type of asset (the asset needs to be linked to a particular product). Now I know that we can send bulk e-mails from listviews like accounts and contacts, that have native e-mail support. Could we do the same thing for a module like assets easily? Like copying some business actions over to assets and by that, active bulk e-mail behaviour to the listview of assets?

We've never really touched leads that much, but did make a piece of code that converts quote inquiries from the website to leads. Now we'd like to use them more intensively, but what is the recommended workflow? How is the module intended to be used, what are known shortcomings, etc.?

i have a webform that sends a new contact to corebos
inside the data of the contact i have put a variable that is the contact_no -> CONTACTO_XXX
from this fiel i wan to create a workflow that setup another field that is a contact related fiel that has
the first field contact_no

i had been trying without success a lot of time and i cant find the solution
