  asignar un comentario dentro de un contacto al grupo al que pertenece el contacto

Buenos días:

A ver si alguien puede ayudarme, en el formulario de contacto, en el bloque información de comentario, me gustaría que se asignara automáticamente en el formulario de comentarios, el comentario al mismo asignado a que tiene el contacto, ¿Cómo puedo hacerlo?, ahora me asigna el asignado a del bloque comentario al usuario que está conectado automáticamente, pero necesito que se asigne al usuario al que se le ha asignado el asignado a dentro del bloque de contacto.

Mi instalación la realize con xampp, pero no puse clave al Mysql, si le coloco clave ahora que esta en tes, me dara problemas de conexion? como corrigo esos problemas?

Buenas Noches, He observado que al crear un proveedor hay un campo donde se debe colocar un Cuenta Contable, dónde puedo Modificar esa Cuenta Contable y agregar mi propio Catálogo de Cuentas? Esta en Lista Desplegables?

I wish select in custom view all tickets created from portal

I tried do the same default workflow, but this option not available in custom view

Testing with yes not working

Or portal not setting correctly this flag ...

Myccp config

'date_format' => 'd-m-Y',

System shows date in American format for contacts and account ( for helpdesk, system displays correctly )

  Quick create Issue

If you try create a new service with a quick create ( thru relation ), system not working, if you use a comma for decimal separator.

Example - Contacts - More Information - Services - add a new service

But, if you try the same for quick create menu, works.
