Helpdesk - created a date time field
Today I can setting e and control my tickets, time of conclusion in days.

I wish control my tickets in hours.

Is possible created a date time field for that?

I need alert a supervisor, tickets late, tickets near to deadline, and your associates actions, considering hours, not a all day

There is already an hour field on the module, time control uses that field to accumulate time spent on the ticket. Can't you use that one?
