pabx manager | suggest test when setting conf values

I suggest system make a test when user setting pabx setting ( like as smtp outgoing server )

I means, when I setting SMTP outgoing server, system sent a email for certify configuration is right, and working as well

I think is the better practice, same process when user setting SoftPhone Server Settings too ( like as capture any log, or make a test call )

But you will get the confirmation when you run the script from command line. Unlike the SMTP, PBXManager has a script that should be started and kept running from outside the website. However, If i remember correctly you can monitor the output(and get it's functionality) of the script if you call it in the browser - that is AsteriskClient.php
