Suggestion - Hide block Client Portal, when module is disabled

I suggest this specific block, in contacts, can be completely hide when module Client Portal is disabled.

Because, when installation don't have a client portal, this block causes little confusion in end user.

That is not possible because there are portals that do not use the vtiger crm customer portal module and need those fields. If you know that there is no portal in that install, go to the layout editor or Field Access and hide the fields
