How to make email mandate in tickets

Hi

How to change email filed in ticket is mandatory ?

I tried but check box is disable at Module Manager > Support Tickets > Layout Editor ->Email (email) -> Mandatory Field

That field is a read-only field that fills in automatically with the email of the related account or contact so you can't set it to mandatory as it isn't even present in edit mode.
