A common problem in the help desk module is that all fields are sent in the mail to the end user

As in all other solutions, there are, fields to be use, only for internal support ( not included in information for final user )

I think a good idea, is a block of fields not include at email or portal too

You planned incorporate roundcube to replace a mail manager on coreBOS?

Online demo CP is showed error not configurable yet ...

At dashboard like a pipeline, stage status not translate.

And if you click in stage ( in graph ) only will work to showed correctly list if you don't change filter to another that not  All Filter

Example

opportunity

First, changed default filter to another one different All
Go to dashboard and click thru a item
Not work

Same, process, but last filter used is All

Work.

Is possible lock any new changes when opportunity sales stage is closed win, or close lost ?

I need restrict new modification only a admin user.

At our sites, in my copy, all bookmarks with https not working.

Hi,

I'm using CoreBOS5.8.
When I click on "Convert lead", the pop-up window opened to validate conversion is too small, truncated :


New indication : when I use "admin" user, po-pup is normal.

Could someone help me ?
