Hello I am using vtiger 5.2.1 and i want to install modtracker for the history ..plz help me how can i do this.
I have install Modtracker from vtiger5.4 but its not working

I want to remove the fields
"First Name" and Email Opt Out from lead module.

In the past (some previous version) it was possible to make "First Name" not active. But now checkbox grayed out.

What the best way to do it?

In the new corebos GUI , the top module menu automatically shrink when you scroll down.

Some times (don't know how to reproduce it) it start to vibrate.
The only way to stop it is to move the mouse around....

BTW: is there a way not to shrink the top module menu when scrolling down

I want to add new task to existing workflow. But there is no "New Task" blue bottom in the lower right screen corner.
Also and maybe related it that the conditions display is hang on "Loading..." message.

Buen día.

Tengo un detalle en mi instancia de coreBOS, un usuario sin permisos permisos de administrador, trata de subir archivos de 600 MB, por la conexion de internet tarda en cargar aproximadamente 30 minutos, sin embargo la carga se queda en 99% y después de unos segundos muestra la pantalla para iniciar sesión nuevamente y no carga el archivo.

Me gustaría saber si hay alguna configuración para alargar la sesión de mi usuario y esto no ocurra.

When on a Opportunity with no products related, when I try to generate a new Invoice, the form is opened with no product line(no emty line) in the detail part and the buttons for add product or service do not react. It is the same for QUO and SO generation, i attached an image

If there is any product attached to the opportunity then the product(s) gets added and form looks ok

I noticed that on a fresh pull from git install when a pbx event takes place(incoming or outgoing) it is not displayed in the module's listview
Upon further inspection i noticed that the events were recorded in table vtiger_pbxmanager but the sql querry:

Related records in the mail manager module are duplicated, and when clicking the Last View icon does not show the list.

I created a email sent always a new ticket is created.

I setting my Global Variable to EMail_CustomCurrentDate_Format to d/m/Y H:i

Date field used in subject or use a CRM field system uses my setting, but fields in module like a date created not

Example:
This code works
enviado em $(general : (__VtigerMeta__) date) $(general : (__VtigerMeta__) time) para $(assigned_user_id : (Users) email1) -

show as enviado em 05-05-2020 14:45:14 para user@email.com.br ( correctly date format )

But this code
Data  & hora da criação $createdtime

Shows date in american format, shows asData  & hora da criação 2020-05-05 14:45:04 ( incorrect date format )

How I can solved that?
