Hi all,
I have been a long time user of Vtiger 5.x and 6.x...and I recall the wonderful community being around that software in that time.
After a long pause I came to find out about CoreBOS and was really happy to find an even better environment around here.
Unfortunately I found it a little too late. My company has a VTiger 7.x solution in the final stages before going in production.

I have found in these forums instructions to migrate from vtiger 6.x but could not find any indication for vt7. I realize the architecture is quite different, still I'm going to ask: is there no way to do it at all?

Today, after mailscanner prepares the email, you have two options:
Marked as read,
Do nothing

I have a situation, we are using mailscanner to open a ticket with the message received in a specific mailbox.

But after mailscanner uses that email, it’s no longer needed in the mailbox (and the user needs to manually clean each email periodically)

We would then need a way to delete these emails after they are done and create the ticket

How would it be possible to "delete email" in this process?

any suggestions?

Can Corebos support Mass Email/Bulk Email ?

e.g . need to send newsletter or promotional email campaigns to a large list of organization/contact in Corebos.

Estoy teniendo problemas al descargar archivos PDF, subí un archivo de esta capacidad 308.63 MB

Pero al intentar descargarlo arroja lo siguiente: Error, se ha producido un error al cargar el documento PDF.

En Firefox me da la opción de guardar, pero el archivo aparece en 0 Bytes

Me podrían apoyar para saber que está generando este error.

De antemano muchas gracias.

Today itens in setting menu shows in two local, in menu bar and in icon gear at screen top

Not are much space for put itens in menu bar area, not is possible this itens, setting,  only are showed in icon gear?

Here are the steps I have followed :

1) Install new coreBOS with git : test OK
2) Copy and replace user_privileges and test directories from old to new install
3) Copy old database into new server install :
4) Change dbname, dbuser and dbpass in config.inc.php according to old database

When connecting to CRM URL : first login page : ok
But after user validation : blank page

I activate logs : no FATAL error in vtigercrm.log

Has someone an idea about what's wrong ?

I have a strange issue.
I set mail scanner with one Subject condition
I have received one email and after no more
I tried to launch "php vtigercron.php Mailscanner" : no error

I know we have popup hooks for Javascript, but I'm running into something else. I load some content in a custom block through AJAX. When I open a popup on a UI10 field on that record and select a related record through the inline edit (so NOT opening the entire record for editing) There is some AJAX reloading of the page that empties my custom block. Is there a way I can hook into that action so I can reload my content as well?

I need to transfer values from several picklist to one multi-select combo box, with workflow I hope.

My question is :
After first value transfer (from first picklist), could the other value (from second picklist) add to first one or they would replace it ?

For example :

We have 2 picklists :
First one with A, B and C values
Second one with D, E and F values

Multi-select box have A, B, C, D, E and F values

First I transfer the value A of first picklist : so combo box is like that : A selected
If I transfer the value E to combo box : could I have A and E selected or E replace A ?
