I have a strange situation, if I executed a reported system shows registries as expected, but If I need saved the same report as another name or change parameters, report not executed as well

I have a strange situation, when a function associated with my user was changed, the system did not change his view to a new profile, correctly, even though my user has logged out and logged in again
need to recalculate all access privileges to transform the view correctly
in the past, recalculate the necessary privileges only if I have changed a profile or shared access, if just changing a role, for a single user, it was not necessary
My user wish, each lead received thru integration ( RD Station ) is distributed to each user in prospecting time
Today, I have in my system, RD station integration working, but all itens received is created as a new and user is always the same ( using in integration )
I wish created a code to look how many registries each user have already assign to, and distributed equally ( rouding roubin )
and another request, if lead received in integration, already in CRM lead ( test with the field email ) registry not wil be duplicated, but updated with a new data received
How I can created and call a custom function to do that?

Today we have two screen to setting a mailbox parameters for each user
First is a "normal" setting for incoming emails and second is the new for setting ( overlapping ) outgoing smtp server ( when not use a default server configuration )
I suggest in first screen, below system printed values when setting uses a default account server or a specific values. User need to know if your client received a email from your account or system account.
Perhaps can be create a button in this first screen to navigate to a second screen, or uses only new screen to setting all configurations
My users explain a situation about when need search a phone number, into a contacts, or leads, for example
Today coreBOS allows phone number is input in more than one field, like a phone, other phone, alternative phone, mobile phone, and custom fields type "phone"
Problem is, when user need search, also need input all fields phone type, manually
I suggest created a special tag,as allows user search the phone number in all fields without need specify one by one
and a second suggestion, fix the default value in picklist to "equal", because today, system put in default "none" (?)
