  Prevent HelpDesk from updating ServiceContract

I recently started working with the ServiceContracts module and noticed that when you create a HelpDesk ticket from the ServiceContract, it'll use the time 'spent' to the ticket to update the time spent on the servicecontract. I don't want that, I use Timecontrol to do that. I was hoping this was some workflow on HelpDesk, but it seems it's hidden somewhere.

Do we have a way to control this default behaviour? Or should I create a PR with a Global Variable

  GenDoc: can't get to related record tree

I have this in a gendoc template I use on an invoice:

Where 'MyModule' is a custom module that has is related to the invoice and the CobroPago (Payment) records are in turn related to 'MyModule'. For some reason I can show fields from 'MyModule' but not from the Payment (CobroPago) records. What am I doing wrong?

I wish use this, but my related list is too long, like as in video

Because this, user says screen has many itens, not clean ...

If I removed a link, system remove in tab "More Information" too ..

I suggested implemented a way, to choose what link is showed in quick related list, and another way, choose links for "more information" tab

In default search, condition was  applied ( user selection ) still exhibit in screen, and user can see what kind of filters was applied

In search in line columns all condition desappears -- look at video --> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j3KJO7rBBZg

I think is better allowed special conditions too, like a this special characters and current_user is allowed too

  Some questions about new e-mail options

I've been reading about the new e-mail configurations (sending platforms, per-user SMTP config) and have some initital questions:

  • We have the option to replace our outgoing server with a platform like Mailchimp or Sendgrid, but what if we both do that and configure SMTP servers per user. What will be preferred?
  • Is the difference between 'Marketing' and 'Transactional' specifically a Sendgrid thing? And what makes an e-mail qualify as one of the two?

I suggest implement a new option for two factor autentication

System ask for factor authentication, only when IP of user is unknown, I mean, is used for first time

This is possible in another systens, and really increase a security, because in knewn IP, system have a "normal" process and for unknows IP only have a another process, more security

Another point a considering for this, is two factor is more security but is more "boring" for end user ( normally more security is normally was )

In config exists a variable $default_timezone = 'UTC';

I remmber in past this variable should be setting for UTC" , I means not changed to my real timezone

Today I can modified that without a problems?

Because my tickets shows a date and hour created and modified wrong values. could be that?
