Template Language

I cant found in language file this label, what right local to include this new label

I suggest include in all picklist for template mode, a "pt_br", (Portuguese Brazil ), because, only "pt" is used for Portugal ( Portuguese )

I have the situation

I wish user only can created a support ticket, for clients with no pending invoices

I need

1) Fixed "assigned to"  field,  only for account
2) listing when pop up is open, only account with a service contracts active and no pending invoices

How I can do that?

translated terms missed in include/language files

Is possible, new terms for all translation files, to be inserted at bottom of file? or with the identity flag ?

Because today, new labels is added in any place, and each version is necessary revised entire file ...

I wish a report with a quantity of tickets, open and closed, in month, for each client

In fact, I wish the quantity, total number hours worked, for calculate a invoice for each client

My client, can be open a ticket thru email, and I did scheduler the mail scanner to get this email and open a ticket.

First problem, is system only associate ticket with my client, if email sender in account. For this problem, is possible system associate ticket a account for all contact emails, associate a this same account ?

Example

Account 1 - email account@account.com.br
Contact1 - email contatc1@account.com.br ( this contact is associate a account, previously .. )
Contact2 - email contact2@account.com.br ( this contact is associate a account, previously .. )

I wish, sender is account@account,com.br, contact1@account.com.br, contact2@account.com.br associate ticket open thru mail scanner a account.

Or that is another way, I get this report ?

  new user, widgets not hide for default

When I created a new user, for default system listed all widgets for hide. It's ok for me

But instead of this, when new user login on, all widgets is setting for Show

I means, system always created a new user, with widgets setting for "show", not "hide"

I have a strange situation here

If ticket is opened from a mail scanner is marked "From Mail Converter = Yes"  that's ok

But when I editing any other field, in this ticket, for example, status = closed, system changed this flag to "Nothing" ...

Since this option was created for me not working

always system generated a CSV only with header

even I make a fresh install, and create a new user, not export

I think could be a difference in my environment ..

I used a CentOS, with php 7.1

This feature use any special resource?
