In new message module, I can see all message sent by system

But when I select a specific message, for example, a eMail was send, where I can see a origin message or emails destiny list?

Hello,

I create document template to ticket. In my CRM the tickets are "Related To" contact (and not organization).
In that template I would like to embed also the contact organization name.

It let me embed {Contacts.account_id} which represent the internal number of organization.

Is there a way to embed the name of the organization, and any other data of this specific "account_id"

With the last update, when accessing these two modules (Rss & Our Sites), an error message will be received:
- Rss:
Fatal error: Class 'Rss' not found in C:\xampp\htdocs\data\CRMEntity.php on line 77
- Our Sites:
Fatal error: Class 'Portal' not found in C:\xampp\htdocs\data\CRMEntity.php on line 77

How to fix this error.

Something went haywire today and my saved password wouldn't work. I tried to many times and now it says I'm locked out and to contact the admin to unblock the account. Problem is, I'm the admin. :/ How do I unblock it if I can't log in at all? HELP??!!

In the past I've built some reports that send some hardcoded HTML table reports as e-mail content, including links. I've been asked to replicate that quite often since people just open the e-mail, click on the link of the record they want to go to and do the stuff they need to. Do we have some way of customizing the way we attach or fill reports to e-mails yet? Or shall I open PR for that?
