  Having a problem installing PDFMaker

Hi, I'm having a problem installing PDFMaker, I install it in the Module Management>Import new, i tried importing from a .zip file and from a url but it don't appears in any place of CoreBos and the PDFMaker tables in DB doesn't appears. How should I install it?

  [solved] Question about cron service file

Today I start only a single file, vtigercron.sh for background tasks

But there in my installation file README-NewCronServiceSetup.txt with other instructions.

This instructions wil be use only for a new cron services, or I need changed for actually process in background too?

I suggest system setting for a default, for fields, in block 2 and 3 and others, like a date format, timezone with same value using in admin values ( id 1 )

That's way, users still can setting your preferences, but is much more easy, for admin, when create a new users.

Sometimes I need list registry with field date is in past.

There a lot options, but any for "in past"

How I can list, in filters all register with date in past ?

But this option is present today for workflow ( image 2 )

Today is possible set, thru Global Variables, with de filters is showed in ascending or descending order.

But i wish set a field in filters list, for this classification.

For example, when I create a filter with date field, I wish this registry is showed from the earliest date to the earliest date

How I can do that?

How to change email filed in ticket is mandatory ?

I tried but check box is disable at Module Manager > Support Tickets > Layout Editor ->Email (email) -> Mandatory Field
