  webservices and workflow

does it call and run any related workflow or event?

Hi,

the dropzone widget for upload image inside products is heratic and most of times does not load :

test :
- download in and latest corebos code from github (no changes in code, blank DB with demo data)
- run and apply all cbupdaters

when i go to a product, click or drag a file on the widget, no action (popup window for selecting the file does not appear)

  vtlib module custom fields on related list

This is for payment module:

I need to show my custom filed information in display instead of Payment Ref and so on?


I added Transaction Status, Paid To & Transaction type to the corbos.php and they show up in the display. Just no data will populate to the view inside the block?

I need it to populate the data in there?

On standard modules I can fix it, but your module is not listed where the other code is that I normally make changes and adjustments to.

Can you please share with me how I can get that data from custom fields to populate to be seen in block?

  vtlib module for vt 5.3

I once did a vtlib module (vt 5.3) for dotproject. Now I would want to adapt that to web2project, a fork of dotproject.

Would the old code still be expected to work? I don't just want to try out and contaminate my new cb installation with something that might not be expected to function anyway.

  relatedlist for all documents of an account

This is an feature request / not sure where to put that. I once did this myself for vt 5.3 but obviously, it does not work any longer.

What can be of interest is, in organisations, a document relatedlist that covers all documents related to a company.

So it would combine related documents from quotes, sales orders, invoices, contacts etc. (all only if related to this organisation) in one listing.

That helps to find things: did he store the tender documents under the quote or the sales order?
Is the packing list in sales order or invoice? etc.

is there something like this? I didn#t find it.

Watching a particular quote (or sales order etc.), it would be nice to have an action for changing page to the related sales order/invoice (once it has been created).
I.e. rename the generate link to 'switch to' and make it go to that page.

Just a minor request, but would remove some clicking and page changes (go back to organisations, open sales orders, find the right one, open that).

Or - if we have multiple sales orders for a quote: might make it complicated. Still, would be helpful.
I just saw there is a sales order related list in quote. But it is empty. Populate that upon generating SO from quote would be another option.

I cannot log in. any idea?

went from an old bitnami stack to a new one with mysql 5.6, php 5.5.
Imported old db with mysqlworkbench (utf8).
corebos proposed to change db to innodb, maybe I forgot that.
SQL: 1 primary key (vtigerportal) could not be deleted, all else went fine.

Now: cannot login. I am returned to login page with empty fields.
code from a github fork.

Hello Joe

Thanks for launching such an ambitious project!

We're a vTiger 5.0.4 user. I'm looking to upgrade and didn't like 5.3 so I've installed coreBOS for evaluation. When setting up the smtp server I get..

[Can't connect to email01.uk-noc.com,143: Permission denied]

..and the hosting company tell me that the request isn't getting that far. The credentials I'm using work in vt 5.0.4 and 5.3 and no problem with our Thunderbird mail clients.

I've read "How to Configure Outgoing Server" and tried again using a sendgrid account, but with the same result.

What have I missed?

  Several malfunctions after update

Hello!

First of all thank you for all your effort.
I've got a corebos installation which was running Version 5.5 until yesterday when I decided to update to the latest version of corebos. I downloaded the latest Version (https://github.com/tsolucio/corebos) and copied the files to my web directory (excluding the configuration files and the install directory). After that I ran the corebosupdate to get the latest database changes. So far it went without a problem but unfortunately I discovered that some things aren't working anymore.
1. The Thunderbird Plugin does not find any contact in corebos to attach an email to. It just keeps searching (no error message). It's the latest Version 0.510 and worked before the update. Do you have an idea how to get that working again?
2. I was using vtiger's customer portal. That stopped working, too with some error messages that didn't make any sense to me. So I decided to give the corebosCP a shot. I configured the PotalConfig.php and set up a user in corebos. So far I can log in but I can not see any records. I am able to create a TroubleTicket through the Portal (verified in corebos) but when I select the module (Trouble Tickets) to get a list of available items I only get the message "No results found."

After the login the values for support start and support end seem to be missing:
Last Access 2015-07-22 06:57
Support Start Date support_start_date
Support End Date support_end_date

Any ideas what could be wrong?

3. The last issue is probably not related to the update. When I use variables in e-mail templates they get inserted in english language. I need them in german though. Is that a bug or did I miss something like a default language for the customer portal?
