On our old vTiger 5.4.0 we had possibility to build up variuos reports using a bigger number of fields from Products module, for example Products/Part number or Products/Manufacturer part number. Now I saw only a limited number of fields available from this module. Can we revert this or manually add some fileds we need?

Didn't find any Global Variable for that.

Back in the Vtiger 5.x days I use to modify Modules/Home/UnifiedSearch.php and change the select query.
Dose is still apply?

I have a List Colums type business map that defines the sales order columns displayed in the related table of other modules. If i add a custom checkbox field in SalesOrder module and define it as a column in the business map, the values displayed in the 'related' table are always 'no' even when the checkbox is 'yes'. Other built-in checkbox fields(ex. invoiced) are shown correctly. I tried to define the column both 'simple' and 'detailed', same result:

I create my first time based workflow to run every 15 minutes.
But in practice it run every hour!

My vtigercron.php schedule to run every 15 minutes, and it run every 15 minutes.
I know that beacuse my "Mail Converter" working fine every 15 minutes.
In: Cron Tasks  Scheduler: Cron jon workflow is set to 00:15

Hallo everybody,

my web povider has updated the PHP Version from 7.0 to 7.3 and alternatively 7.4

When I use PHP 7.4 so I get the error message

"A PHP version from 5.3.x to 7.3.0 is required. Your current PHP version is 7.4.11-he.0 - Kindly adapt your PHP installation, and try again!".

At the moment i have configured my webspace to php 7.3 but when these version is out of time i can't use my installation with php 7.4. Is there anybody who can help me to run my corebos installation normally? I can't change to another PHP-Version because its a installation running on a webservice provider called Hosteurope in Germany.

When you add a new product/service on a Purchase Order the default quantity is 1. Also if you generate a PO from a product. What is the proper procedure for giving it another value, a numeric field on the product item?
I noticed the quantity value is saved in vtiger_inventoryproductrel table, but how do I set that field? I tried with a field set mapping Products2PurchaseOrder with 'quantity' as fieldname and the custom field in products as OrgfieldName but it does not seem to work. I checked the wiki and the forum but it is still unclear to me how can that field be controlled.
I can easily set the quantity in the releted InventoryDetails but that does not reflect in the quantity on the PO.

Quisiera saber si me pueden apoyar, estoy programando algunos flujos de trabajo, en mi primer modulo agregue 3 campos tipo imagen (esto para adjuntar archivos) en el flujo utilizo la tarea crear entidad con la cual necesito crear un registro en otro modulo con la misma información capturada en el primero incluyendo los archivos adjuntos, sin embargo al crear el registro en el primer modulo (Con esta condición cree el flujo de trabajo) me arroja el siguiente mensaje:

Existe alguna limitante que no permite programar de esta forma el flujo de trabajo ? o no estoy tomando en cuenta alguna configuración

Hello,

Is it possible to concatenate all the values in a specific field from all the relations in a 1-many relationship and save them in a field? for example I want to concatenate all the subjects of the task projects related to a certain project in it's description textbox. I tried to use the aggregation workflow function but it doesn't seem to do that.

I am trying to install a new installation of corebos's last version but, cloning the git´s repository, and after fill the data of database and admin user , instalation stops and show this message:
