It's a Monday on a Tuesday... Get one mystery solved and another one pops up. almost there...

I'm getting this returned when vtigercron.sh runs at it's scheduled time: 4 times an hour - 15 minute intervals.

When coreBOS is linked with Asterisk, all communication between them, Asterisk system generate a number, called UUID.


This UUID is a unique identify for each call, for example.

See example, portion of log:

Event: Unlink
Privilege: call,all
Channel1: SIP/2021-00005d9d
Channel2: SIP/2029-00005d9e
Uniqueid1: 1513622047.600735
Uniqueid2: 1513622047.600736
CallerID1: 2021
CallerID2: 2029

I need coreBOS can save this UUID for each captured event.

I wish use this UUID as call protocol ( in contact center ), and this UUID is a key for link coreBOS operation with recording in iPBX.

I suggest, coreBOS save this number in task event.

My user, wish only your time, create a new client thru "module lead"

that is, only by this form

include lead -> make conversion

Never, user should created directly account.

I think if I blocked Create in user perfil, user cannot convert a lead, too, right?

There any way, to do that?

Not created Account directly, without create a lead previouly ?

How I can generated a report with calls made in specific period?

For example, I wish a report with all call made at yesterday, for user or group of user.

the idea is mensure productivity for all user.

I am testing mobile module

One situation is when system integrate with Pabx Asterisk, coreBOS use a field for user set your extension, for made call

Occurs as, when same user, use a mobile, normally this user use another extension number ( installed in your cell phone ).

I thing is necessary, one new field for set the second extension extension number ( a mobile Asterisk Extension )

When user at office, using a Web Interface, system can be use a default extension number

When user use a mobile interface, I think is necessary create a second field, for set this new extension number.

When you try so set a asterisk extension, system show simple error message "Already extension number exists"

Not so easy, found how user setting with the same extension.

I suggest you add a User Name ( with the same extension ), in message

Already Extension Number in user for User xxxx

Another little issue - Error message is different, for in line edition, and edition mode ( when you click on Edit Button ) ..
